Indigo Health Care :

We have created a bundled package specifically for individual clients which includes the Indigo Core Plan, an Outpatient Plan (choice of 3) and a Dental Plan. Please note that these plans are not available for sale separately. There are 2 optional plans which can be purchased with this package - the Indigo Evacuation and Repatriation Plan and the Indigo Maternity Plan (a spouse/partner must also be insured under the policy if the Maternity Plan is selected).

The 2 different geographical areas of cover available are:

• Worldwide, which provides cover anywhere in the world
• Worldwide excluding USA

This product is for French, Belgian or Luxembourg expatriates, or for other nationalities residents within these 3 countries.

This product is ensured and managed by Allianz Worldwide Care,

It is declined in two versions: 1st Euro and supplemental to the CFE (Caisse des Français de l’Etranger).

Allianz Worldwide Care will seek reimbursement on your behalf from the CFE. You should send a fully completed Claim Form and relating invoices to Allianz Worldwide Care.Fully completed ClaimForms are processed and payment instructions issued to the members’ bank within 5 working days.

Indigo Health Care is composed of 3 modules to subscribe and 2 options:

• Principal cover + external Consultations with 100%+ Dental
• Principal cover + external Consultations with 90%+ Dental
• Principal cover + external Consultations with 80%+ Dental

Option: Maternity – Assistance

External consultations:

• The fees of general practitioners are refunded at 100%,
• The fees of specialists are 100%
• The chiropractic, osteopathy and homeopathy are ensured until € 350, just like the checkup (€ 350),
• The treatment of sterility is refunded until € 1.500
• The glasses and contact lenses are covered until € 160 per visit
• Vaccination is dealt with glazes until € 800.
  

Dental:

The care, surgery and periodontal are dealt with 80% until € 3.000, and the prostheses and orthodontics until € 1.500,

Maternity:

The policy-holder has the choice to subscribe to it or not.

Assistance:

It is possible to supplement the device health costs by a plan of medical evacuation and repatriation

For each policy-holder:

• A welcome pack to the affiliation (particular general terms and forms of management, insurance cards, certificate of insurance…),
• A helpline in 5 languages (French, English, Spanish, Italian, German) and phone numbers free (the USA, China, HongKong, Singapore, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy)
• Internet web site in order to check your contract, modifying your postal or banking coordinates (protected access)
• Medical network (hospital and experts) via the web site.

The payment of the premiums can be made by card Visa or Master Card.
